Cry Baby Parlor observes a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you are 10 minutes late your scheduled appointment will be automatically cancled and card on file will be charged up to %50 of the scheduled service price.
Cry Baby Parlor reserves the right to charge your account up to 50% of the scheduled service(s) on any NO-SHOW appointments. In addition, all future appointments will be cancelled.
Cry Baby Parlor reserves the right to charge your account up to 50% of the scheduled service price when cancelling or rescheduling “the day of” your appointment.
Cancelling appointments after 48 hours will result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of service.
Cry Baby Parlor and its owner(s) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Credit card information is required to book any reservation at any time. You may cancel your appointment via telephone or email.

At Cry Baby Parlor I strive to make each and every guest happy before they leave on their appointment day. In the event that you are not happy with your service, please contact me within 3 days after your appointment and I will anything in my power to give you the result you are looking for. Your satisfaction is my top priority and I appreciate you communicating with me promptly.
Please note, any refund for services provided would be determined on a case by case basis by the owner.
Gratuities
Gratuities are traditionally offered in recognition of exceptional service, so I would not presume to include them in our prices. Should you wish to tip, you can do so directly at check out or add it to your bill at the end of your service. Gift cards do not include gratuities.
Reservations
Although I do accept walk-ins when possible, clients are generally seen by appointment only. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill up schedule early. I suggest scheduling your next service before leaving so that you can have your desired time and service.
